摘 要:以云南某铜冶炼企业产生的砷铁渣和转炉渣为原料,开展转炉渣高温固化砷铁渣的实验研究.考察了砷铁渣和转炉渣按1∶40混合均匀后,在30~1 300℃程序升温过程中的热重变化;在1 200℃保温40 min条件下,研究了改变砷铁渣与转炉渣配比对高温固化生成的固化体中砷浸出毒性的影响.实验结果表明:砷铁渣和转炉渣混合样品在1 300℃范围内失重只有1.39%;高温固化使砷与转炉渣中的硅酸盐形成玻璃体结构,当控制砷铁渣与转炉渣配比不大于1∶20,高温固化使砷的浸出毒性浓度从34.4 mg/L降低到5 mg/L以下,实现低成本、无害化固化砷铁渣.Taking arsenic-iron slag and converter slag produced by a copper smelting enterprise in Yunnan as raw materials, an experimental research on high-temperature solidification of the arsenic-iron slag into converter slag was carried out. During temperature programmed at 30~1 300 ℃, the thermogravimetric(TG) changes of the mixed sample were investigated. The arsenic-iron slag and converter slag were mixed uniformly at 1∶40. Holding 40 minutes at 1 200 ℃ under that condition, the effect of changing the ratio of arsenic-iron slag and converter slag on the arsenic leaching concentration in the solidified body solidified at high temperature was studied. The results indicate that the weight loss of the mixed sample of arsenic-iron slag and converter slag is only 1.39% in the range of 1 300 ℃. High temperature solidification can make arsenic and silicate in converter slag form vitreous structure. When the ratio of arsenic-iron slag to converter slag is controlled to be no more than 1∶20, high temperature solidification reduces the leaching concentration of arsenic from 34.4 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L, so as to realize low-cost and harmless solidification of arsenic-iron slag.
