摘 要:该研究的目的是提出一种判断顶吹混合搅拌过程温度场均匀性的新方法,建立了顶吹搅拌气液两相流试验台.首先通过红外成像仪对顶吹混合搅拌槽局部温度场分布进行实时的热成像拍摄,然后利用图像分割处理技术,提取温度场的温度数值,计算出顶吹搅拌槽局部温度场的变异系数,利用变异系数随时间变化的曲线图,可以对顶吹搅拌槽两相流换热过程中的温度均匀性分布做出分析.实验结果表明,随着两相流温差越大,变异系数曲线下降越明显,气液两相流的温度均匀性分布越好.当顶吹搅拌槽内换热达到稳定时,对比变异系数的平均值和不均匀系数的平均值,结果呈现高度相关关系,由此可推断变异系数和不均匀系数一样可用来判断顶吹搅拌槽的温度场的均匀性.The purpose of this study is to propose a new method to judge the temperature field uniformity of the top blowing mixing process, and a gas-liquid two-phase flow test rig with top-blown agitation was established.Firstly, real-time thermal imaging was conducted on the local temperature field distribution of the top-blow mixing tank by infrared imager. Then, the temperature value of the temperature field was extracted by image segmentation processing technology, and the coefficient of variation of the local temperature field of the top-blow mixing tank was calculated. The curve of the coefficient of variation with time was used. The temperature uniformity distribution in the heat transfer process of the top blown stirred tank can be analyzed. The experimental results show that as the temperature difference between two-phase flow increases, the variation coefficient curve decreases significantly and gas-liquid two-phase flow shows better temperature uniformity distribution. When the heat exchange in the top blowing mixing tank is stable, the average value of the variation coefficient and the nonuniformity coefficient show high correlation, so that the variation coefficient and the nonuniformity coefficient can be used to judge the uniformity of the temperature field of the top blowing mixing tank.
