摘 要:汽车尾气及工业过程排放的CO是危害人类生活及健康的重要有害气体,低温催化氧化是消除CO污染最有效的方式之一.Co_(3)O_(4)是一类高活性非贵金属CO氧化催化剂.针对Co_(3)O_(4)高温易烧结等问题,提出采用高比表面积SiC为载体,利用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列xCo_(3)O_(4)/ySiC催化剂,研究了不同负载量和焙烧温度对其CO催化氧化性能的影响.结果表明:Co_(3)O_(4)负载在SiC上可以有效提高催化剂比表面积和抗烧结能力,并减小Co_(3)O_(4)晶粒尺寸;Co_(3)O_(4)与SiC之间较强的相互作用可以促进催化剂表面的吸附氧和活性Co物种的形成,增强催化活性;50%Co_(3)O_(4)/50%SiC催化剂500℃焙烧后,在160℃左右将CO完全转化,700℃焙烧后,依旧可以在170℃实现CO完全转化;在100 ppm SO2气氛下反应30 h,50%Co_(3)O_(4)/50%SiC催化剂表现出良好的稳定性和抗硫性能.CO from automobile exhaust and industrial processes is an important harmful gas that endangers human life and health,and low-temperature catalytic oxidation is one of the most effective ways to eliminate CO pollu⁃tion.Co_(3)O_(4)is a class of highly active non-precious metal CO oxidation catalysts.In this paper,a series of xCo_(3)O_(4)/ySiC catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method using high specific surface area SiC as the carrier,and the effects of different loading amounts and roasting temperatures on their CO catalytic oxidation performance were investigated.The results show that Co_(3)O_(4)loading on SiC can effectively improve the catalyst specific surface area and sintering resistance,and reduce the Co_(3)O_(4)crystal size.Strong interaction between Co_(3)O_(4)and SiC can pro⁃mote the formation of adsorbed oxygen and active Co species on the catalyst surface,and enhance the catalytic activity.The 50%Co_(3)O_(4)/50%SiC catalyst completely converts CO at about 160℃after roasting at 500℃,and achieves complete conversion of CO at 170℃after roasting at 700℃.The 50%Co_(3)O_(4)/50%SiC catalyst shows good stability and sulfur resistance after 30 h reaction under 100 ppm SO2atmosphere.
