摘 要:目的:探讨三血管(3VV)及三血管气管切面(3VT)在超声产前诊断胎儿心脏大血管畸形中的应用效果。方法:选取仁怀市妇幼保健院2020年6月—2021年1月收治的100例胎儿心脏大血管畸形孕妇,对所有孕妇进行产前超声检查,分析3VV、3VT的临床诊断胎儿心脏大血管畸形情况。结果:经对100例胎儿心脏大血管畸形孕妇进行超声诊断,检测出97例胎儿心脏大血管畸形,检出率为97%(97/100)。其中,42例血管位置异常,30例管径大小异常,25例血管数量异常。结论:对三血管和三血气管切面进行超声检查,操作简单,可以大大提高胎儿心脏大血管畸形诊断率,值得在临床应用。Objective To investigate the application of three vessel(3VV)and three vessel trachea section(3vt)in prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal cardiac macrovascular malformation.Methods The researchers were 100 pregnant women with fetal cardiac macrovascular malformation treated in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2021.All pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasound examination,and the diagnostic manifestations and specific conditions of 3VV and 3vt were analyzed.Results 100 pregnant women with fetal cardiac macrovascular malformation were diagnosed by ultrasound.97 cases of fetal cardiac macrovascular malformation were detected,and the detection rate was 97%(97/100),including 42 cases of abnormal vascular position,30 cases of abnormal diameter and 25 cases of abnormal vascular number.Conclusion The ultrasonic examination of three blood vessels and three blood trachea is simple and can greatly improve the diagnostic rate of fetal cardiac macrovascular malformation.It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
