摘 要:我国现代轻武器靶道测试试验中包含内外弹道、终点弹道测试等测试过程,其中存在一个较大的问题:各测试仪器设备缺乏统一的时间基准,测试结果数据无法很好地统一结合分析。以国内某轻武器测试靶道为例,测试目标速度快,各仪器需要数百纳秒级别以内的同步精度,满足测试需求。设计了一套精准时间同步系统,为测试系统提供统一的时间基准。基于IEEE 1588协议保证各节点测试设备数据采集时序上的一致性,以便于在同一个时间基准上对各测试系统采集到的数据进行综合分析。为轻武器靶道提供了同步硬件设施,实验结果表明,直接连接和间接连接下的对时精度分别为28 ns和67 ns,两种连接方式的同步精度都可以满足靶道测试所需的精度级别。The target track test of the modern light weapon in China includes the internal and external ballistics test and terminal ballistics test.However,there exists problems in the tests.The test equipment lacks a unified time benchmark,and the data of test results are far away from being analyzed comprehensively.The test target track of domestic light weapon is taken as an example.The speed of target test is high,and each instrument needs synchronization accuracy within hundreds of nanoseconds to meet the test requirements.A set of precise time synchronization system is designed to provide a unified time benchmark for the test system.On the basis of the IEEE 1588 protocol,the consistency of data acquisition timing sequence of the test equipment of each node is ensured,so that the data collected by each test system can be comprehensively analyzed in the same time benchmark.Synchronous hardware facilities are provided for the target track of light weapons.The experimental results show that the time synchronization accuracy of the direct connection and the indirect connection are 28 ns and 67 ns respectively,and the synchronization accuracy of both connection modes can meet the accuracy level required by the target track test.
