摘 要:针对面向订单生产企业的生产设备使用情况不明、人员排班紊乱,以及对于计划延误、计划停机未能做到及时监控与跟踪等问题,提出一种面向订单生产企业的智能排产处理方法来提高企业生产效率。该方法结合智能排产所需的相关功能,综合运用定性与定量相结合的方法,减少人为因素的影响。根据订单情况进行订单管理、参数配置、规则引擎匹配、开工管理以及生产计算后,生成生产计划。通过审批之后,根据产品BOM信息生成子加工计划清单、子质检计划清单以及子装配计划清单。与传统的基于设备年时基数和可用系数的估算方法相比,这种以订单为基础的智能排产算法可以细致地考虑各种约束和随机情况,借助计算机模拟仿真实现对复杂情况的精确分析,有效利用企业资源,得到更加科学合理的量化结果,实现均衡生产。同时,该算法具有一般性和普遍性,对其他多品种、成批生产或小批量生产的制造企业具有较强的参考价值。In view of the unknown usage of production equipment,disorder of personnel scheduling,and failure to timely monitor and track the planning delay and planning shutdown in the production enterprises with product orders,an intelligent production scheduling method for production enterprises with product orders is proposed to improve their production efficiency.By taking account of the related functions required by intelligent production scheduling,this method reduces the influence of human factors on the basis of the combination of the qualitative and quantitative methods.After the order management,parameter configuration,rule engine matching,start-up management and production calculation are carried out according to the order quantity,the production plan is generated.After the production plan is approved,the sub processing plan list,sub quality inspection plan list and sub assembly plan list are generated according to product BOM(bill of material)information.In comparison with the traditional estimation method on the basis of the equipment′s operation duration base per year and its available coefficient,the order-based intelligent production scheduling algorithm is better,because all kinds of constraints and random cases can be considered meticulously,the complex situation is accurately analyzed with the help of computer simulation,the enterprise resources can be used effectively,so as to obtain more scientific and reasonable quantitative results and achieve level production.The algorithm is general and universal,so it has a strong reference value for other manufacturing enterprises with multiple varieties,batch production or small batch production.
