摘 要:为了优化一台改进型不等齿结构的18槽10极内嵌式六相永磁同步电机,进一步减小齿槽转矩,提高电机输出平均转矩和降低转矩波动,提出基于响应面算法的六相电机转矩优化算法。选择对电机性能影响较大的极弧系数、齿槽宽度以及永磁体厚度进行多目标优化,构造实验样本数据组。通过有限元仿真分析,利用响应面模型函数进行拟合回归,然后以电机最小齿槽转矩、最大输出平均转矩为优化目标,进行响应优化得到最优参数解。结果表明,基于响应面算法的优化方法能有效减小齿槽转矩,提高电机输出平均转矩和降低转矩波动,验证了响应面优化方法的有效性和有限元分析的正确性。In order to optimize an improved 18-slot/10-pole embedded six-phase PMSM with unequal-tooth structure,further reduce the motor′s cogging torque,increase its output average torque and reduce its torque ripple,a six-phase motor torque optimization algorithm based on response surface algorithm is proposed.The pole arc coefficient,cogging width and permanent magnet thickness which have great influence on motor performance are selected for multi-objective optimization,so as to construct the data set for experimental sample.With finite element simulation analysis,the response surface model function is used to perform fitting regression.And then the motor′s minimum cogging torque and its maximum average output torque are taken as the optimization objectives to perform response optimization,so as to obtain the optimal parameter solution.The results show that the optimization method based on the response surface algorithm can effectively reduce the cogging torque,increase the average output torque and reduce the torque ripple,which has verified the effectiveness of the response surface optimization method and the correctness of the finite element analysis.
