摘　　要：抗生素的使用在一定程度上解决了水产动物患病的问题,但会使病原体产生耐药性,且容易富集在水产动物体内,对人类健康产生危害。功能性寡糖作为安全环保的饲料添加剂对水产动物具有促生长、改善肠道健康、提高免疫功能等作用,有望成为抗生素的替代品之一。本文对甘露寡糖、壳寡糖、果寡糖、木寡糖等的功能及其在水产动物饲料中的应用研究进展进行综述。The use of antibiotics solve the sick problem of aquatic animals in a certain extent,but the long-term use of antibiotics will enhance drug resistance of pathogen.Antibiotics also easy to accumulate in aquatic animals,and harmful to human health.Functional oligosaccharides,as a safe and environmentally friendly feed additive,can promote the growth of aquatic animals,improve intestinal health and immune function,and are expected to become one of the substitute for antibiotics.In this paper,the functions several important functional oligosaccharides and their application in aquatic animal feed were reviewed.
