摘 要:为解决草龟(Chinemys reevesii)养殖中存在的脂肪代谢紊乱等问题,本试验在基础饲料中分别添加0、100、200、300、400、500 mg/kg的L-肉碱配制成6种试验膨化饲料,分别投喂6个试验组(分别用L0~L5表示,其中L0为对照组,其他为肉碱添加组)的草龟,每组设8个重复缸,每个重复缸内10只龟,养殖试验期8周。结果显示:L1组草龟肝脏的肝脂酶活性和脂蛋白脂酶活性较对照组分别提高了94.87%和92.86%(P<0.05)。草龟血浆的谷草转氨酶活性具有显著性差异(P<0.05),各添加组的谷草转氨酶活性显著低于对照组;谷丙转氨酶活性也有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中L2组和L3组显著低于对照组,且随着L-肉碱的添加量呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。L2组和L3组的谷丙转氨酶较对照组分别降低42.57%、45.87%。各组之间血浆总蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,饲料中添加100~300 mg/kg的L-肉碱能促进草龟的脂肪代谢,对肝脏可起到一定的保护作用。In order to solve the problems of lipid metabolism disorder in Chinese pond turtles,this experiment studied the effect of adding L-carnitine in feed on lipid metabolism of Chinese pond turtles.Six experimental diets were formulated by adding 0,100,200,300,400,500 mg/kg L-carnitine into the basal diet,respectively.Six experimental groups were set(they were represented by L0,L1,L2,L3,L4 and L5,of which L0 was the control group and the others were the carnitine supplemental groups),with 8 replicates in each group,and 10 turtles were cultured in each replicate tank.The experiment lasted eight weeks.The results showed that the hepatic lipase activity and lipoprotein lipase activity of turtle’s liver were significantly different among the experimental groups(P<0.05).Among them,L1 group was significantly higher than the control group.The glutamic oxalacetic transaminase activity in the turtle’s plasma was significantly different among the experimental groups(P<0.05),and the carnitine supplemental groups were significantly lower than the control group.The glutamate pyruvate transaminase activity was also significantly different among the experimental groups(P<0.05),which of the L2 and L3 groups were significantly lower than that of control group.With the addition of L-carnitine,the glutamate pyruvate transaminase activity decreased first and then increased.The total protein,cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in plasma were not significantly different among experimental groups(P>0.05).Therefore,the supplementation of 100~300 mg/kg L-carnitine in the diet could promote the lipid metabolism of Chinese pond turtles,and play a certain protective effect on the liver.
