摘 要:本研究以蒙农杂种冰草为试验材料,应用^(60)Co-γ射线对其种子进行不同辐射剂量(30、60、120、180 Gy)处理后育苗单株移栽试验地,研究^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对蒙农杂种冰草株高、叶长、叶宽、穗长、穗宽、茎粗、干草产量等性状的影响。结果表明:随着辐射剂量的增加,蒙农杂种冰草的株高、叶长、干草产量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。低辐射剂量30 Gy处理冰草平均高度较对照组高4.39 cm(P>0.05),干草产量较对照组显著提高21.34%(P<0.05)。高辐射剂量180 Gy处理株高、穗长、茎粗、干草产量均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。相关分析可知,株高、叶宽、茎粗与辐射剂量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),叶长、穗长、单株产量与辐射剂量呈负相关,但不显著(P>0.05)。In order to explore the effects of ^(60)Co-γ-ray radiation on the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,panicle length,panicle width,stem thickness and hay yield of Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong,the Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong was used as the test material,and the seeds were treated with different ^(60)Co-γrays(30,60,120,180 Gy).The results showed that with the increase of radiation dose,the plant height,leaf length and hay yield of Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The average height of test material treated with low radiation dose(30 Gy)was 4.39 cm higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the hay yield was significantly increased by 21.34%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The plant height,panicle length,stem diameter,and hay yield of the high radiation dose(180 Gy)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that plant height,leaf width,stem thickness were significantly negatively correlated with radiation dose(P<0.05).And leaf length,panicle length,yield per plant were negatively correlated with radiation dose,but not significant(P>0.05).
