摘　　要：目的调查首次经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者出院后1年内益处发现及生活质量现状,并探讨其相关性,为实施延续性护理提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取心内科首次行PCI术后的患者102例,采用一般资料调查表、益处发现量表、西雅图心绞痛量表分别于患者出院后1、3、6、12个月对其进行调查。结果不同时间点的患者益处发现总分及生活质量总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=11.002,P<0.001;F=6.357,P=0.001),且二者呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论首次PCI术后患者出院后1年内其益处发现及生活质量呈动态变化,益处发现越高生活质量越高。医护人员需科学评估各时间点患者益处发现水平,有针对性地进行护理干预,以提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the situation of benefit finding and life quality of patients discharged from hospital within one year after the first percutaneous coronary intervention PCI,and to explore their correlation,so as to provide basis for continuous nursing.Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent PCI for the first time were selected using the convenient sampling.They were surveyed using a general data questionnaire,a benefit finding scale and a Seattle angina questionnaire at 1,3,6 and 12 months after their discharge.Results There were significant differences in the total score of benefit discovery and life quality at different time points(F=11.002,P<0.001;F=6.357,P=0.001).Moreover,a positive correlation was found between them(P<0.001).Conclusion There are dynamic changes in benefit discovery and quality of life within one year after the discharge of patients after the first PCI.Patients with higher benefit finding have higher life quality.Medical staff need to assess the benefit finding level at each time point and carry out targeted nursing intervention in order to improve the life quality of patients.
