摘  要:选取2月龄、体重(96±1.2)kg的荷斯坦奶公犊90头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各45头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在此基础上添加8g/(头·d)活性酵母与复合酶组合产品,试验共75d,其中预试期15d,正试期60d。结果表明:(1)试验组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),耗料增重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)试验组血清尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)试验组血清总抗氧化能力和血清过氧化氢酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶活性有高于对照组的趋势(P=0.091)。由此可见,日粮中添加8g/(头·d)活性酵母与复合酶组合产品可改善荷斯坦奶公犊机体糖和蛋白质代谢,增强犊牛血清抗氧化能力,提高犊牛抗应激能力,从而改善荷斯坦奶公犊生长性能,提高牧场的盈利水平。This study was designed to assess the new biological, which contains active yeast and enzymes, on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Holstein male calves.90 healthy Holstein weaned male calves with(96 ±1.2) kg body weight and 2 months age were randomly divided into control group and trial group,each group contained 45 replicates. Each group of calf were fed a basal diet with 0(control group) and 8 g/d YE per cow(trial group), respectively. The experimental period was 75 days including 15 days of adaptation period and 60days of formal period. The results showed as follows:(1) the average daily gain(ADG) of calves in trial group was significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05), and the feed to gain ratio of calves in trial group was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05).(2) The serum glucose content of calve in trial group was significantly higher than that in trial group(P < 0.05), and the serum urea nitrogen content of calve in trial group was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05).(3) The serum total antioxidant capacity and the catalytic activity of calve in trial group were significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05),and there was a trends for serum glutathione peroxidase activity of calve in trial group higher than control group. In conclusion, the new biological supplement in feed can improve the average daily weight gain, antioxidant capacity of Holstein male calve and improve the profitability of ranch.
