摘　　要：α-芳基-α,β-不饱和羰基片段作为一类有机官能团,存在于许多药物分子中,具有重要的应用价值.通过查阅α-芳基-α,β-不饱和羰基化合物合成方法的文献资料,并且分析、归纳后,进一步对α-芳基-α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的合成方法进行了深入的探讨与总结.从直接合成法和间接合成法两方面重点阐述了近年来关于α-芳基-α,β-不饱和羰基化合物相关合成方法所取得的研究进展.随着医药合成领域的进一步发展,研究含α-芳基-α,β-不饱和羰基片段的合成方法,将具有更加现实和重要的意义.α-aryl-α,β-unsaturated carbonyl fragments was usually regarded as an important class of organic functional groups.The synthesis methods ofα-aryl-α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds were summarized and discussed in detail.The synthetic methods ofα-aryl-α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds were divided into indirect synthesis and direct synthesis and discussed in detail accordingly connected with the recent development.In view of the increasing demand of pharmaceutical industry,the practical synthetic methods to accessα-aryl-α,β-unsaturated carbonyls would have realistic significant application.
