中国钨产业高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：为加快构建钨产业新发展格局,实现高质量发展,文章对钨资源的稀缺度以及中国钨资源的供应结构进行分析,研究了中国钨产业现状,指出了中国钨产业矿山端存在散、小、老;冶炼端存在水、气、渣环保压力大;硬质合金端存在产品附加值总体不高,存在“卡脖子”等方面的问题。针对中国钨产业现状以及面临的问题提出三点发展建议:一是坚持绿色发展,提升本质安全环保水平;二是坚持科技创新发展;三是集约化和“专精特新”并举,打造中国钨工业“航母战斗群”。In order to move faster to create a new development paradigm of the tungsten industry and achieve high-quality development,this paper,analyzes the scarcity and the supply structure of tungsten resources in China,stud-ies the China’s tungsten industry,and points out problems of China’s tungsten industry development:as for mines,they are loose,small and old;as for smelting,there is environmental protection pressure about water,gas and slag;as for ce-mented carbide,the added value of the products is not high,and there is still the problem that hinder the development of China’s tungsten industry.According to the status and problems of China’s tungsten industry,three development sugges-tions are put forward:first,adhere to the green development to improve the inherent safety of environmental protection;second,stick to scientific and technological innovation development;finally,combine intensification and“specialization and innovation”to create an“Aircraft carrier battle group”for China’s tungsten industry.
