摘 要:黑白钨矿中常伴生砷、氟等有害元素,经碱压煮-离子交换工艺后大部分氟进入钨冶炼废水中,导致钨冶炼废水氟超过国家工业废水排放标准。碱煮钨渣中含有大量羟基磷酸钙,对低浓度氟的脱除效果较理想,因此研究采用碱煮钨渣脱除钨冶炼废水中的氟。结果表明:在碱煮钨渣质量(g)∶废水体积(mL)为5∶10、搅拌速度为400 r/min、反应时间为30 min、反应温度为30℃、废水初始pH值为3.42的条件下,钨冶炼废水中的氟含量由73.88 mg/L降至9.589 mg/L,达到国家工业废水的排放标准。该法为钨冶炼废水中氟的净化提供了一种操作简便、处理成本低、绿色环保的新方法。Arsenic, fluorine and other harmful elements are often associated with wolframite. After the alkali autoclave-ion exchange process, most fluorine enters the tungsten smelting wastewater. The fluorine in the tungsten smelting wastewater exceeds the national industrial wastewater discharge standard. Alkali-boiled tungsten slag contains a large amount of calcium hydroxyphosphate, which has an ideal effect on the removal of low-concentration fluorine. Therefore, alkali-boiled tungsten slag is applied to remove fluorine from tungsten smelting wastewater. The results showed that: the fluorine content in tungsten smelting wastewater decreased from 73.88 mg/L to 9.589 mg/L under the following conditions: the mass of alkali boiled tungsten slag(g)∶the volume of wastewater(mL) was 5∶10, the stirring speed was 400 r/min, the reaction time was 30 min, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, and the initial pH value of wastewater was 3.42, which reached the national industrial wastewater discharge standard. This method provides a new method with simple operation, low treatment cost and environmental protection for the purification of fluorine in tungsten smelting wastewater.
