摘 要:以WC-10Co硬质合金作为研究对象,通过添加0%~2.0%(质量分数,下同)的金属Ru制备了7组样品。利用金相、SEM、EBSD等方法研究了Ru添加量对WC-10Co硬质合金显微组织、特别是WC晶粒长大的影响。通过对样品洛氏硬度、横向断裂强度、热导率、热扩散系数和热容等性能的分析,探讨了不同Ru添加量的样品之间性能的变化及其机理。金相照片结果表明,随着Ru含量的增加,合金中粗大的WC晶粒逐渐减少。EBSD晶粒尺寸分析发现,添加了2.0%Ru的样品中WC平均晶粒尺寸与未添加Ru的样品中WC平均晶粒尺寸持平。Co相组成分析表明,添加2.0%Ru后,WC-10Co合金样品中fcc-Co的比例为85.76%,比未添加Ru的样品高20.58%。另外,随着Ru添加量的增加,样品的洛氏硬度、横向断裂强度同步显著增加,而导热系数和热扩散系数出现下降。In this paper,WC-10Co cemented carbide was used as the research object,and seven groups of samples were prepared by adding 0%~2.0%(mass fraction,the same below)metal Ru.The effect of Ru addition on the microstructure of WC-10Co cemented carbide,especially the growth of WC grains,was studied by means of metallography,SEM and EBSD.Through the analysis of Rockwell hardness,transverse rupture strength,thermal conductivity,thermal diffusion coefficient and heat capacity of samples,the change of properties between samples with different Ru addition and the mechanism were discussed.Metallographic photos show that with the increase of Ru content,the coarse WC grains in the cemented carbide gradually decrease.EBSD grain size analysis shows that the average grain size of WC in the sample with 2.0%Ru addition is the same as that in the sample without Ru addition.Co phase composition analysis shows that the proportion of fcc-Co in the WC-10Co samples with 2.0%Ru addition is 85.76%,which is 20.58%higher than that without Ru addition.In addition,with the increase of Ru addition,the Rockwell hardness and transverse rupture strength of the samples increase significantly,while the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient decrease.
