摘  要:试验旨在研究植物精油和胰酶对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性及肠道健康的影响。选取504只AA肉公鸡随机分为7个处理组,每个处理分6个重复,每个重复12只。A组饲喂基础日粮,B组饲喂基础日粮+攻毒[(2~3)×10^(8) CFU/mL产气荚膜梭菌],C组饲喂基础日粮+植物精油100 mg/kg+胰酶500 mg/kg,D组饲喂基础日粮+植物精油100 mg/kg+胰酶500 mg/kg+攻毒,E组饲喂基础日粮+植物精油200 mg/kg+胰酶500 mg/kg+攻毒,F组饲喂基础日粮+植物精油300 mg/kg+胰酶500 mg/kg+攻毒,G组饲喂基础日粮+恩拉霉素10 mg/kg+攻毒。试验分两个阶段,第一阶段1~21日龄,第二阶段22~42日龄。结果显示:试验后期及试验全期,D组~F组在一定程度上改善了肉鸡生长性能指标,但饲料转化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着植物精油添加量的增加,十二指肠食糜中糜蛋白酶(Chy)、脂肪酶(LP)、淀粉酶(DIS)、胰蛋白酶(Tps)活性有逐渐提高的趋势,其中E、F组中Chy、LP、DIS活性均显著高于B组(P<0.05)。无论是否攻毒,精油和胰酶均可降低肠道炎症评分(P>0.05)。随着植物精油添加量的增加,炎性因子表达量有降低的趋势,其中E、F组回肠黏膜中组织炎性因子白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)表达量显著低于B组(P<0.05),D~F组空肠黏膜中IL-2、IL-8、Toll样受体-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。日粮中添加植物精油和胰酶能够缓解肠道炎症,提高肠道消化酶活性及肉鸡生长性能,且呈现植物精油剂量效应。This experiment was designed to study the effects of essential oil and pancreation on growth performance,digestive enzyme activity and intestinal health of broiler chickens.Five hundred and four AA broiler chickens were randomly selected and allotted to seven groups with six replicates per group and twelve broiler chickens per replicate(504 males).Broiler chickens in group A was fed with basal diet,group B was fed with basal diet+pathogen challenge(C.Perfringens in fested from 14th to 20th day after hatching)group C was fed with basal diet+essential oil 100 mg/kg+pancreation 500 mg/kg,group D was fed with basal diet+essential oil 100 mg/kg+pancreation 500 mg/kg+pathogen challenge,group E was fed with basal diet+plant essential oil 200 mg/kg+pancreation 500 mg/kg+pathogen challenge,group F was fed with basal diet+essential oil 300 mg/kg+pancreation 500 mg/kg+pathogen challenge,and group G was fed with basal diet+enramycin 10 mg/kg+pathogen challenge.The experiment was divided into two stages,including early period(day1-21)and later period(day 22-42).The results showed as the follow⁃ings:the growth performance indexes of broiler chickens in groups D to F were improved to a certain extent in the later and the whole period of the experiment,but there was no significant difference in feed conver⁃sion ratio(FCR)(P>0.05).The activities of chymotrypsin(Chy),lipase(LP),amylase(DIS)and trypsin(Tps)in duodenal chyme tended to increase with the increase of the added dose of plant essential oils.The activities of Chy,LP and DIS in group E and group F were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Essential oils and pancreatic enzymes reduced intestinal inflammation scores regardless of challenge(P>0.05).With the increase of the added dose of plant essential oils,the expression of inflammatory factors had a tendency to decrease.Among them,the expression of tissue inflammatory factor Interleukin-6(IL-6)in the ileal mucosa of groups E and F was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05),the levels of IL2,IL-8,
