摘 要:试验旨在研究复合有机酸(compound organic acids,COA)对生长猪生长性能、养分消化率、抗氧化机能及粪便微生物区系的影响。将72头三元杂交生长猪[初始体重(25.1±1.2)kg]随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,复合有机酸组(COA)组则在基础饲粮中添加0.3%的复合有机酸(甲酸≥23.9%、乳酸≥14.5%、柠檬酸≥4.0%、月桂酸≥8.6%),饲喂期为28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,复合有机酸组显著提高了生长猪平均日采食量和平均日增重,并降低了料重比(P<0.05);同时提高了粗脂肪、钙和总磷的表观消化率及血清中总超氧化物歧化酶活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和总抗氧化能力,降低了丙二醛的含量(P<0.05);此外,复合有机酸组显著提高了粪便微生物的α多样性,并将粪便中核心物种转换为非解乳糖链球菌(Streptococcus alactolyticus)、乳杆菌(Lactobacillus sp.)和罗伊氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri)等益生菌。在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加0.3%的复合有机酸可提高生长猪生长性能和抗氧化机能,提高饲粮养分表观消化率及肠道有益菌的丰度,改善肠道菌群结构。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound organic acids(COA)on growth performance,nutrients digestibility,antioxidant function,and fecal microflora for growing pigs.A total of 72 crossbred growing pigs[initial body weight:(25.1±1.2)kg]were randomly divided into two groups with three replicates in each group and 12 pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with the bas⁃al diet,while the COA group was fed with 0.3%COA(formic acid≥23.9%,lactic acid≥14.5%,citric acid≥4.0%,lauric acid≥8.6%)addition in the basal diet.The trial period was 28 days.Results showed that the COA increased the average daily feed intake and average daily gain,but decreased the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05);the COA addition increased the apparent digestibility of ether extract,calcium,and total phosphorus in diet,the activity of total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in se⁃rum,and total antioxidant capacity in serum,but decreased the malondialdehyde content in serum(P<0.05);in addition,the COA addition increased theαdiversity of fecal microorganisms,and the core species of feces had been changed into Strep⁃tococcus alactolyticus,Lactobacillus sp.,and Lacto⁃bacillus.In conclusion,the addition of 0.3%COA to the diet could improves the growth perfor⁃mance,the antioxidant function,nutrients digest⁃ibility,and the abundance of intestinal beneficial bacteria of growing pigs.
