摘 要:试验旨在研究给1岁纯血马补喂鞣花酸对其营养物质消化代谢和体重、体尺增长的影响,为鞣花酸在马属动物养殖中的应用提供参考依据。试验选择18匹1岁纯血马,随机分为3组,每组6匹,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。在相同的饲养管理条件下,试验Ⅰ组每匹马补喂15 mg/kg·BW鞣花酸,试验Ⅱ组每匹马补喂30 mg/kg·BW鞣花酸,进行为期40 d补饲试验。试验0 d和40 d早晨空腹称量马匹体重,测定马匹体尺;试验第36~40 d采用全收粪收尿采集相关样品,用于测定马匹营养物质消化代谢相关指标。试验结果显示:1岁纯血马对日粮干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的消化率随着鞣花酸水平的增加呈增长趋势(P>0.05);氮的沉积率随鞣花酸水平的增加而增加,其中试验Ⅱ组氮沉积量分别比对照组和试验Ⅰ组提高了30.24%和9.00%(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组钙代谢量分别比对照组和试验Ⅰ组提高了29.63%和22.77%(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组磷代谢率分别比对照组和试验Ⅰ组提高了24.09%和8.20%(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组马匹总增重和平均日增重分别比对照组显著提高21.80%(P<0.05)、32.61%(P<0.05)和20.51%(P<0.05)、30.77%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组马匹胸围总增长和平均日增长分别比试验Ⅰ组提高了40.00%(P<0.05)和50.00%(P<0.05)。综上所述,补喂鞣花酸能够提高1岁纯血马养分消化利用率,显著提高氮沉积率和Ca、P代谢率,显著提高马的平均日增重和总增重,促进生长发育,且每匹马以补喂30 mg/kg·BW鞣花酸的效果最佳。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ellagic acid supplementation on diges⁃tion and metabolism of nutrients,body weight and body size growth of 1-year-old thoroughbred horses,and to provide reference for the application of ellagic acid in equine animal breeding.Eighteen oneyear-old thoroughbred horses were randomly divided into three groups with six horses in each group,which were control group,trial groupⅠand trial groupⅡ.Under the same feeding and manage⁃ment conditions,each horse in trial groupⅠwas supplemented with 15 mg/kg·BW ellagic acid,and each horse in trai groupⅡwas supplement⁃ed with 30 mg/kg·BW ellagic acid,and the exper⁃iment lasted for 40 days.On day 0 and 40 of the experiment,the fasting weight and the body size of the horses were measured.From the 36th to the 40th day of the experiment,all feces and urine were collected to determine the indexes of nutrient digestion and metabolism of the horses.The results showed that the digestibility of DM,OM,CP,ADF,NDF,Ca and P of 1-year-old thoroughbred horses increased with the increase of ellagic acid level(P>0.05);the nitrogen deposition rate increased with the increase of ellagic acid level.The nitrogen deposition rate in trial groupⅡwas 30.24%and 9.00%higher than that in the control group and trial groupⅠ,respectively(P>0.05);compared with control group and trial groupⅠ,calcium metabolism in trial groupⅡwas increased by 29.63%and 22.77%(P>0.05);compared with control group and trial groupⅠ,the phosphorus metabolic rate in trial groupⅡwas increased by 24.09%and 8.20%,respectively(P>0.05).The total and average daily gain of horses in trial groupsⅠandⅡwere 21.80%(P<0.05)and 32.61%(P<0.05),20.51%(P<0.05)and 30.77%(P<0.05)higher than those in the control group,respectivel;the total and average daily growth of chest circumference in trial groupⅡwere increased by 40.00%(P<0.05)and 50.00%(P<0.05),compared with that in trial groupsⅠ.In con⁃clusion,supplementation with ellagic acid could improve nutrient diges
