摘 要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和维氏硬度计等研究了热处理温度对高碳Cr5轧辊钢显微组织与性能的影响。结果表明,淬火温度900~1100℃时,随着淬火温度的升高,碳化物溶解量逐渐增多,晶粒不断长大,马氏体组织逐渐粗大,硬度呈现先升后降的趋势。回火温度较低时的显微组织为回火马氏体,回火温度较高时为回火索氏体;高碳Cr5轧辊钢具有较高的回火稳定性和较好的综合力学性能。The effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of high carbon Cr5 roll steel has been studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that when the quenching temperature is 900~1100℃,with the increase of quenching temperature,the dissolved amount of carbides increases gradually,the grains grow continuously,the martensite structure gradually becomes coarser,and the hardness first increases and then decreases.The microstructure at lower tempering temperature is tempered martensite,and it is tempered sorbite at higher tempering temperature;high carbon Cr5 roll steel has higher tempering stability and better comprehensive mechanical properties.
