摘　　要：对大型燕尾槽的加工与测量方法进行研究,通过对燕尾槽关键轮廓进行合理分解,设计的燕尾槽系列刀具实现了对大型燕尾槽的精加工。综合考虑测量误差、读数误差等因素,设计了大型燕尾槽测量装置,并根据测量的实际情况,提出了测量过程的标准化操作流程,极大地降低了燕尾槽的测量误差,避免了人为因素对测量结果的影响,实现了大型燕尾槽的精确测量。The machining and measurement methods of large-scale dovetail grooves have been studied,and the dovetail groove series tools have been designed to realize the finishing of large-scale dovetail grooves by rationally decomposing the key contours of dovetail grooves.By considering the measurement error,reading error and other factors,a large-scale dovetail groove measuring device has been designed,and according to the actual situation of the measurement,a standardized operation process of the measurement process has been proposed,which greatly reduces the measurement error of the dovetail groove and avoids the influence of human factors on the measurement results.As a result,accurate measurements of large dovetail grooves have been achieved.
