应用型高校魅力型教师特质结构研究

摘　　要：随着国家对专业技术人才日益重视,应用型高校所占比重逐步增长,而应用型高校中魅力型教师也以自身独特的人格、技能、经验等吸引并影响着学生,促使学生主动参与课堂教学活动,积极投入社会实践。在定义应用型高校魅力型教师内涵的基础上,分析魅力型教师的特质结构,通过因子分析法将其归结为:创新能力、亲和力、引导学生创新和成长、教学灵活性和实践教学能力。With the increasing attention on professional and technical personnel of the state,the proportion of application-oriented universities is growing.Charismatic teachers attract students with their personality charm,promoting students to participate actively in teaching activities,and improve the quality of teaching.On the basis of combing the meaning of the charismatic teacher,this paper analyzes the characteristic structure of the charismatic teacher,which is classified into five factors by factor analysis:affinity,personal morality,the ability of scientific and technological innovation,the ability of teaching in practice and the experience of social practice,and in view of the analysis result,proposes related countermeasures to enhance charm of teachers.
