How Workers and Peasants’Bank of China in Western Fujian Reshaped the Soviet Area Economy:Its Contribution and What can be Learned from its Experience

摘　　要：闽西工农银行作为我国红色股份制银行的鼻祖、闽西苏区的中央银行,是中国共产党百年财政金融史的起点与人民共和国红色金融的源头。回溯闽西工农银行创建和发展的历史,考察其以红色贸易拉动苏区经济循环、以改善民生巩固新生政权和以节约储蓄塑造革命新风尚对重塑苏区经济结构的突出贡献,并通过案例分析法、归纳分析法和对比分析法,得到结论认为:新时代我国经济金融治理现代化应加快健全现代中央银行制度,强化金融对老区振兴的有效推进,并提高防范化解经济风险的能力。As the originator of the red joint-stock banks in China and the central bank of the western Fujian Soviet Area,the Workers and Peasants’Bank of China in western Fujian is the beginning of the Communist Party of China(CPC)′s centennial financial history and the source of the red finance in the People′s Republic of China.On the occasion of the CPC′s centenary,this paper traces back the history of the establishment and development of the Workers and Peasants’Bank of China in western Fujian and investigates its outstanding contribution to reshaping the economic structure of Soviet Area.the Workers and Peasants’Bank of China in western Fujian stimulated the economic cycle of Soviet Area with red trade,consolidates the new political power by improving people′s livelihood,shapes a new revolutionary trend by saving and depositing.Through case analysis,inductive analysis and comparative analysis,we learn that the modernization of China′s economic and financial governance in the new era,namely revitalization in old revolutionary areas should speed up the improvement of the modern central bank system,promote the poverty alleviation in old revolutionary areas,and improve government′s ability of preventing and defusing economic risks.
