摘　　要：在中国2030年碳达峰、2060年碳中和的战略目标下,以绿色金融为立足点,对产业结构升级的影响及其机制进行研究。探究绿色金融助力产业结构升级的内部路径,丰富区域范围内绿色金融助力产业结构升级内容的实证研究成果,帮助理论界、政府和行业再次认识到绿色金融的重要性。借助中介效应模型,以河北省2007—2019年的面板数据为基础,引入现代化水平、绿色观念深入程度、工业企业规模化水平等中介变量。研究发现:①绿色金融对产业结构升级具有显著的正向影响。②绿色金融的发展对现代化水平、绿色观念深入程度、工业企业规模化水平均起到一定的促进作用,存在相应的中介效应,促进产业结构升级。③现代化水平的中介效应大于绿色观念深入程度和工业企业规模化水平。Under the strategic goal of China′s carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,this paper takes green finance as a foothold to study the impact of industrial structure upgrading and its mechanism.The paper explores the internal path of green finance to promote industrial structure upgrading,enriches the empirical research results of green finance to promote industrial structure upgrading in the region,and help theorists,governments and industries to realize the importance of green finance again.With the help of the intermediary effect model,based on the panel data of Hebei Province from 2007 to 2019,the paper introduces intermediary variables such as the level of modernization,the depth of green concepts,and the scale of industrial enterprises were introduced.The research finds that:①Green finance has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure;②The development of green finance has a certain promotion effect on the level of modernization,the depth of green concepts,and the scale of industrial enterprises.There is a corresponding intermediary effect to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.③The mediating effect of the modernization level is greater than the depth of green concepts and the scale of industrial enterprises.
