摘　　要：输尿管狭窄修复手术方式多样,尚无统一的治疗标准,其中长段的输尿管狭窄治疗难度大。本文回顾输尿管狭窄治疗现状,介绍腹腔镜下膀胱瓣修复长段输尿管狭窄的手术步骤及要点。There are many surgical methods for the repair of ureteral stricture;however,there is not a widely accepted treat⁃ment standard,especially for the treatment of complex ureteral stricture.In this article,we will review the various treatments of ureteral stricture,and introduce the surgical steps and key points of laparoscopic bladder flap repair of long ureteral stricture.
