摘  要:常规电能表检定过程中,存在交流电源供电滞后、电能表检定数据管理不力的问题,因而对电能表检定过程中的关键技术进行了研究,设计了一款新型的基于DMA及时基可编程的可叠加任意纹波的直流标准源。该电源解决了常规技术中直流纹波频率难以进行任意点设置的技术缺陷,能够实现低频纹波到高频纹波的高准确度输出。该研究还设计了基于CS5464进行电能计量的嵌入式芯片,并通过单片机MSP430FG4619实现电能表计量的计算和输出。试验表明,这种方法大大提高了电能表检定的效率,提高了电能表件检测的精度。Aiming at the problems of lagging AC power supply and ineffective management of the energy meter verification data in the verification process of conventional electric energy meters, this paper has conducted research on the key technologies in the verification process of electric energy meters, and designed a new type of programmable energy meter based on DMA and time base. Superimposed with any ripple DC standard source, this power supply solves the technical defect that the DC ripple frequency is difficult to set at any point in the conventional technology, and can achieve high-accuracy output from low-frequency ripple to high-frequency ripple. An embedded chip for electric energy measurement based on CS5464, and realized the calculation and output of electric energy meter measurement through the single-chip MSP430 FG4619. The experiment shows that the method of this research greatly improves the efficiency of the electric energy meter verification and the accuracy of the electric energy meter component detection.
