摘 要:传统的发变组继电保护调试技术忽略了对发变组电压畸变的抑制,导致继电保护过程发变组出现相位滞后问题,无法实现发电厂并网机组发变组继电保护的稳定、安全调试。为此,提出基于反馈均衡控制的发电厂并网机组发变组继电保护调试技术。根据电流分量的频谱分析和谐波抑制,实现抑制继电保护过程的谐波频率参数,控制耦合频偏。建立输出阻抗增益调节模型,抑制发电厂并网机组发变组继电保护过程中的电压畸变。补偿发电厂并网机组发变组的相位滞后,构建继电保护的反馈均衡控制模型,提高发电厂并网机组发变组继电保护和自适调试能力。测试结果表明,所提发电厂并网机组发变组继电保护调试技术的输出稳定性较高,发变组相位误差补偿能力较好,提高了发电厂并网机组的稳定性和电力安全调试性能。The traditional debugging technology of generator transformer unit relay protection ignores the suppression of voltage distortion of generator transformer unit, which leads to the phase lag problem of generator transformer unit in the process of relay protection, and can not realize the stable and safe debugging of generator transformer unit relay protection of power plant grid connected units. Therefore, in order to improve the control ability of generator transformer relay protection of grid connected units in power plant, a relay protection debugging technology based on feedback equilibrium control is proposed. According to the spectrum analysis of current components and harmonic suppression, harmonic frequency parameters are adjusted to control relay protection process and coupling frequency offset. An output impedance gain regulation model is established to suppress the voltage distortion in the relay protection process of generator transformer unit of grid connected power plant. In order to compensate the phase lag of the generator transformer unit, a feedback balance control model of the generator transformer unit relay protection is established, and the control ability of the generator transformer unit relay protection and adaptive debugging is improved. The experimental results show that the output stability of the proposed relay protection debugging technology is high, and the phase error compensation control ability of the generator transformer unit is good, which improves the stability of the power plant grid connected units and the debugging performance of the power security transmission dispatching ability.
