摘  要:为了充分保护医院患者的医疗数据安全,在P-AES算法的基础上提出混合加密算法,以此提升医疗数据的加密和解密速度。较之于标准AES算法的串行结构,提出的P-AES算法具有并行结构,且在算法外部进行秘钥扩展操作。同时,通过SHA-512算法、RSA算法以及P-AES算法进行医院信息系统秘钥存储混合加密,即通过混合加密形成三级秘钥,以此实现秘钥安全存储。此外在具体医院信息系统中又通过应用P-AES算法与秘钥管理程序运最终形成数据加解密程序。In order to fully protect the security of medical data of hospital patients, this study proposes a hybrid encryption algorithm is proposed based on P-AES algorithm to improve the encryption and decryption speed of medical data. Compared with the serial structure of standard AES algorithm, is carried out a parallel structure of P-AES algorithm is proposed, and the secret key extension operation outside the algorithm. At the same time, SHA-512 algorithm, RSA algorithm and P-AES algorithm are used to encrypt the secret key of hospital information system, that is to form a three-level secret key through hybrid encryption, so as to realize the safe storage of secret key. In addition, through the application of P-AES algorithm and secret key management program in the specific hospital information system, the data encryption and decryption program is finally formed.
