摘 要:为解决弹体跌落水中导致多通道弹载记录仪损坏、数据丢失的问题,文中分析记录仪浸水损坏的原因,根据导弹导航信息测试的实际需求,设计多通道弹载振动测试系统的防水结构和防水电路。首先根据IPX7级外壳防护要求,计算并设计带有O型密封圈旋盖的机械外壳,可保证在23.24 MPa的介质冲击下载荷不泄露;其次,为便于整体防水,改进系统的工作模式,将数据擦除、数据读取、电源开关控制的功能集成到一个接口。针对多通道振动测试系统需要外接传感器电缆的特点,从硬件设计入手加入电气隔离和过流保护模块。最后通过接插件浸水试验、5 m水池跌落试验和浸泡试验进行验证。结果表明,文中方法可为设计可靠的弹载记录仪提供一定的参考。In order to improve the damage of multi-channel missile-borne recorder and the loss of data when projectile body falling into water,the reasons of water immersion damage of the recorder is analyzed,and the waterproof structure and waterproof circuit of multi-channel missile-borne vibration testing system is designed according to the actual requirements of the missile navigation information testing. According to the protection requirements of IPX7 shell,the mechanical shell with O-ring rotating cover is calculated and designed,which can ensure no leakage under the medium impact load of 23.24 MPa. In order to facilitate the overall waterproof,the working mode of the system is improved,and the functions of data erasure,data reading and power switch control are integrated into an interface. According to the characteristics that the multi-channel vibration test system needs external sensor cables,the electrical isolation and overcurrent protection modules are added from the hardware design. This system was verified by means of the connector immersion test,5 m pool drop test and immersion test. The results show that this method can provide a certain reference value for the design of reliable missile-borne recorder.
