摘  要:为了实现步进电机在各种工业控制场合的广泛使用以及装备的智能化,文中提出一种采用西门子S7-200SMART PLC为下位机、HMI为上位机的步进电机调速系统。根据控制对象要求进行硬件选型,搭建硬件系统并编写PLC控制步进电机程序,采用运动控制向导和加减数学运算指令实现步进电机的正反转及调速控制。通过Easy Builder Pro组态程序设计控制系统组态界面,设置触摸屏与PLC的通信,以达到方便操作和直观显示运行数据的目的。实验结果表明,实物能够用触摸屏控制3台步进电机并实现正反转和变速运行功能。文中控制系统可根据不同的控制要求改变步进电机的调速范围和速度增量,能够实现装备的智能化,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to realize the wide use of stepper motor in various industrial control occasions and the intellectualization of equipment,a stepper motor speed regulating system is designed,using Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the lower machine and HMI as the upper machine. The hardware selection is performed according to the requirements of the control object,the hardware system is built,and the program of PLC controlling the stepper motor is written. The motion control wizard and the addition and subtraction mathematical operation instructions are used to realize the forward and reverse rotation and speed regulating control of the stepper motor. The configuration interface of the control system is designed by means of the Easy Builder Pro configuration program,and the communication between the touch screen and PLC is set up to realize the purpose of convenient operation and intuitive display of operation data. The experimental results show that the real object can control three stepper motors with the touch screen and realize the positive and negative rotation and variable speed operation function. The control system can change the speed regulating range and speed increment of the stepper motor according to different control requirements,and can realize the intellectualization of the equipment,which has broad application prospects.
