摘 要:爆破漏斗试验是确定合理中深孔爆破参数的前提。为指导萨热克铜矿的中深孔爆破,在井下砾岩区域开展单系列爆破漏斗试验和变孔距多孔同段爆破漏斗试验。单系列试验表明,砾岩的可爆性较好,炮孔最佳深度为47.0 cm;变孔距试验表明,孔间距为40~70 cm时,易形成深度和宽度较大的槽沟。依据爆破相似原理,得出砾岩矿体中深孔爆破推荐参数:最佳孔间距1.3~1.5 m,最大孔底距2.8 m,炸药单耗2.43 kg/m^(3),最小抵抗线1.9~2.0 m,为分段空场嗣后充填法采矿过程中的爆破参数设计提供了依据。Blasting funnel test is the premise of determining reasonable medium-depth hole blasting parameters.In order to guide medium-depth hole blasting in Sarek Copper Mine,single series blasting funnel tests and multi-hole blasting funnel tests with variable hole spacing were carried out in underground conglomerate area.Single series tests show that the blastability of conglomerate is better with 47.0 cm of the optimum blast hole depth;the variable hole spacing test shows that when the hole spacing ranges from 40 cm to 70 cm,it is easy to form grooves with larger depth and width.According to the principle of blasting similarity,the recommended parameters of medium-depth hole blasting in conglomerate ore body are obtained as follows:the optimum hole spacing is between 1.3 m to 1.5 m,the maximum hole bottom spacing is 2.8 m,the explosive unit consumption is 2.43 kg/m^(3),and the minimum resistance line is ranging from 1.9 m to 2.0 m,which provide a basis for the design of blasting parameters in the process of sublevel open stope and subsequent filling mining method.
