摘 要:采用酸溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定冶炼副产品碳酸锌中砷含量。砷测定范围0.02%~8.0%。通过称样量、仪器条件优化、共存元素干扰等实验,建立了一种ICP-AES测定冶炼副产品碳酸锌中砷量的方法。经加标回收实验,加标回收率达到99%~101%;并对该方法和分光光度法进行比对实验,检测结果基本一致。该方法快捷、准确度高,能够满足冶炼副产品碳酸锌样品测定要求。The arsenic content in smelting by-product zinc carbonate is determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)using acid-dissolved samples.Arsenic determination range is 0.02%~8.0%.ICP-AES method is established for the determination of arsenic in zinc carbonate,which is the by-product of smelting through some experiments including sample weighing,optimization of instrument conditions and interference of coexisting elements.After the standard addition recovery experiment,the standard addition recovery rate reaches 99%-101%,and the comparison experiment of this method and the spectrophotometry method is carried out,and the detection results are basically the same.The method is fast and accurate,and can meet the requirements for the determination of zinc carbonate sample.
