摘 要:随着阴极铜市场的发展,深加工工艺技术的不断创新,用户对阴极铜质量的要求越来越高,阴极铜的表面不允许有残酸。为确保阴极铜的市场竞争力,保证阴极铜质量,通过缩短夹边条更换周期,增设校边装置,加强机组洗涤质量,完善机组程序等一系列措施,消除了阴极铜表面残酸,极大的提升了阴极铜质量。With the development of cathode copper market and the continuous innovation of deep processing technology,users have higher and higher requirements for the quality of cathode copper,and the residual acid on the surface of cathode copper will not be allowed.In order to ensure the market competitiveness and the quality of cathode copper,by taking a series of measures such as shortening the replacement cycle of edge clips,adding edge correction devices and strengthening the washing quality of the unit and improving the unit procedures,the residual acid on the surface of cathode copper has been eliminated and the quality of cathode copper has been greatly improved.
