摘  要:为了解少数民族大学生的就业期望状况及其影响因素,本研究随机抽样A大学的503名少数民族大学生为被试,从单位性质、起薪、区域、去向和环境等五方面的就业期望开展现状调查,在此基础上构建回归模型,探究其影响因素。结果表明,少数民族大学生普遍期望到中小城市就业,半数以上学生期望到国有性质单位就业,但起薪期望低于省内居民平均工资收入。研究认为,应充分整合地方就业部门、高校、家庭、学生自身的优势资源,促进少数民族大学生就业期望更趋理性化。In order to understand the minority college students’ employment expectations from Tibetan ethnic group, Qiang ethnic group and Yi ethnic group in Sichuan Province.This study, from 503 minority college students from A University, were selected to investigate the status survey from five aspects of unit nature expectation, starting salary expectation, regional expectation, destination expectation and environmental expectation.On this basis, a regression model was constructed to explore the influencing factors.The results showed that minority college students generally expect employment in small and medium-sized cities, and more than half of the students expect employment in state-owned nature units, but the starting salary expectation is lower than the average wage income of residents in the Sichuan Province. According to the study, the superior resources of the local employment departments, universities, families and students themselves should be fully integrated and played out to promote the employment expectations of minority college students to become more rationalization.
