摘 要:随着现代城市的建设与发展,生活垃圾已经成为影响城市建设与环境保护的重要因素。2021年我国对此提出了相应的管理规划,通过《“十四五”城镇生活垃圾分类和处理设施发展规划》明确了生活垃圾的管理与处理原则,追求实现“减量化、无害化、资源化”,并预计在2025年要达到生活垃圾资源60%以上的利用率。生活垃圾焚烧发电技术作为有效处理生活垃圾并提高垃圾资源利用率的重要方法,成为当下解决生活垃圾问题的关键途径。本文即在此背景下展开研究,通过分析我国生活垃圾焚烧设施建设、生活垃圾焚烧发电技术及生活垃圾发电污染控制现状,总结当前主要采用的垃圾焚烧发电系统及工艺流程,提出了垃圾焚烧发电规模化、垃圾焚烧发电国产化、运行管理专业化的城市生活垃圾焚烧发电技术发展建议,希望能够提供理论借鉴。With the construction and development of modern cities,domestic waste has become an important factor affecting urban construction and environmental protection.In 2021,China put forward corresponding management plans for this.Through the"14th five year plan"for the development of urban domestic waste classification and treatment facilities,China defined the principles of domestic waste management and treatment,pursued the realization of"reduction,harmlessness and recycling",and is expected to achieve the utilization rate of domestic waste resources of more than 60%by 2025.As an important method to effectively treat domestic waste and improve the utilization rate of waste resources,domestic waste incineration power generation technology has become a key way to solve the problem of domestic waste.This paper carries out research under this background.By analyzing the construction of domestic waste incineration facilities,domestic waste incineration power generation technology and pollution control status of domestic waste power generation in China,this paper summarizes the main waste incineration power generation system and process flow,and puts forward the large-scale waste incineration power generation,localization of waste incineration power generation Suggestions on the development of municipal solid waste incineration power generation technology with specialized operation management,hoping to provide theoretical reference.
