摘 要:现有燃料组件导向管制造的压塞、焊接、尺寸检查及各工序转运等操作是由人工手动完成,其制造效率、检测精准性仍有提升空间。通过研制导向管自动压塞、自动焊接、外形尺寸自动检测装置及各装置间传送机构,实现燃料组件导向管制造与检查全过程一体化、自动化。导向管制造一体化生产线的自动压塞装置的端塞自动定位压入机构可增强操作安全性,减少人力资源占用;导向管外形自动检测装置可避免人为检测误差,提高检测精准性;各装置间传送机构可减少物料重复搬运,提高制造生产效率。The operation of plug,welding,dimension inspection and transfer of each working procedure in the manufacture of the existing fuel assembly guide pipe is manually completed,and there is still room for improvement in the manufacturing efficiency and accuracy of the inspection.The whole process of manufacture and inspection of fuel assembly guide pipe is integrated and automated through the development of automatic plug,automatic welding,automatic detection device of shape and size and transfer mechanism between devices.The end-plug automatic positioning and pressing mechanism of the automatic plug-pressing device of the integrated production line can enhance the operation safety and reduce the human resource consumption;the automatic inspection device can avoid the error and improve the precision of the inspection;the transfer mechanism between the devices can reduce the repeated material handling and improve the manufacturing efficiency.
