摘　　要：医院的业务管理和运作直接受到后勤部门物资供应的影响。近年来,在医疗改革不断深化的背景下,应不断寻找能够使物资库存管理成本降低的管理模式,为最大限度地减少物资浪费现象的发生提供有利条件,为医院资金周转奠定良好的基础,而且还能够开展高效的物资供应工作。医院后勤物资库存管理质量越高,越有利于提高医院医疗卫生服务技术,有助于医院可持续发展。本文从医院后勤物资管理模式、目前医院后勤物资库存管理存在的问题、改进医院后勤物资库存管理模式的方法等多个方面进行阐述,目的是为医院后勤开展高效的物资库存管理工作提供一定的参考。The business management and operation of the hospital are directly affected by the material supply of the logistics department.In recent years,in the context of the continuous deepening of medical reforms,it is necessary to continue to find a management model that can reduce the cost of material inventory management,provide favorable conditions for minimizing the occurrence of material waste,and lay a good foundation for the hospital's capital turnover.It can also carry out efficient material supply work.The higher the quality of hospital logistic material inventory management,the more conducive to improving the hospital's medical and health service technology and the sustainable development of the hospital.This article elaborates on the hospital logistics material management model,the current problems in the hospital logistics material inventory management,and the methods to improve the hospital logistics material inventory management model.The purpose is to provide a certain amount of information for the hospital logistics to carry out efficient material inventory management.
