摘  要:使用Simulink搭建高压共轨柴油机起动工况以及过渡到怠速的控制策略,将起动工况的喷油、轨压等关键控制参数从所有工况中独立出来,并考虑从起动到怠速两工况的衔接策略。用TargetLink定标策略并生成C代码,在1台6缸柴油机上进行了试验。试验表明,该控制策略可以实现高压共轨柴油机2 s内快速起动并平稳过渡到怠速。Simulink is used to build the control strategy of starting condition and transition to idle speed of high pressure common rail diesel engine.The key control parameters of starting condition such as fuel injection and rail pressure are separated from all conditions,and the connection strategy of two conditions from starting to idle speed is considered.Then scale the policy with Target Link and generate C code.Finally,the test was carried out on a 6-cylinder diesel engine.The experimental results show that the control strategy can realize the fast start and smooth transition to idle speed of high pressure common rail diesel engine in 2 s.
