摘  要:针对某4缸柴油机中低转速机油压力偏低的问题进行分析,研究机油泵流量、吸油阻力、活塞冷却喷油、主轴瓦间隙等因素对润滑系统主油道压力的影响,并提出改进方案。通过改进,机油压力得到明显提升,解决了中低转速机油压力偏低的问题。Aiming at the problem of low oil pressure in a 4-cylinder diesel engine at medium and low speed,the influence of oil pump flow,oil suction resistance,piston cooling nozzle,main bearing clearance and other factors on the oil pressure in the main oil duct of lubrication system was analyzed,and the improvement scheme was put forward.After improvement,the oil pressure has been significantly improved,and the problem of low oil pressure at medium and low speeds has been solved.
