摘　　要：本文报道青岛大学附属威海市中心医院2021年10月1例慢性肾炎患者应用头孢唑肟发生药源性癫痫,通过Naranjo概率评分判断患者的癫痫发作极可能是头孢唑肟所致,并通过查阅文献探讨慢性肾功能不全患者应用头孢唑肟发生癫痫的机制,以期为临床治疗工作提供参考。In this paper,a case of chronic nephritis with drug-induced epilepsy induced by ceftizoxime in Weihai Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University in October 2021 was reported.Naranjo probability score was used to determine that the patient's epilepsy was most likely caused by ceftizoxime.The mechanism of ceftizoxime-induced epilepsy in patients with chronic renal insufficiency was discussed through literature review,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
