含油画元素的包装盒复制中分色参数设置研究

摘　　要：当包装盒设计中应用到油画元素时,其在复制过程中的分色参数设置是影响其复制效果的重要因素。为得到最佳分色参数,本研究利用Photoshop中的自定义CMYK功能,分别通过改变黑版生成方式、黑色油墨量限制和油墨总量限制,得到不同参数下的样张。通过分析不同分色参数下得到的测试样张的网点增大、灰平衡、实地密度,总结出含油画元素的包装盒复制时最佳分色参数:黑版生成方式为短调黑版,油墨总量限制为360%,黑色油墨限制为80%。该结果将有利于包装盒中油画墨色效果的再现。When the oil painting element is used in the packaging design,the color separation parameters will influence the reproduction effect of the packaging.To obtain the best color separation parameters for oil painting element,the custom CMYK function in Photoshop was used,then the proofs were obtained by changing Black Generation,Black Ink Limit,and Total Ink Limit separately.Under the three different parameters of Black Generation,Black Ink Limit and Total Ink Limit,the dot gain,gray balance and solid density were analyzed.The best color separation parameters for the packaging box with oil painting elements include:the Black Generation is Light,the Total Ink Limit is 360%,the Black Ink Limit is 80%.This result is beneficial to the reproduction of packaging box with oil painting elements.
