摘　　要：对淮河流域防洪工程体系现状进行了梳理,针对我国迈入新发展阶段的新形势和推进新阶段水利高质量发展的新要求,指出淮河流域防洪工程体系存在的不足,有针对性地提出了今后主要工作措施和建议。The present situation of the flood control engineering system in the Huaihe River basin is analyzed.In view of the new situation of China entering the new stage of development and the new requirements of promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage,the deficiencies of the Huaihe River Basin flood control engineering system are pointed out,and the main working measures and suggestions for the future are put forward.
