摘　　要：实施水利工程管理单位安全生产网格化监管,是创新水管单位安全生产监管模式、提高水管单位安全生产监管效能的重要举措,对水利工程管理单位夯实安全基础、提升工程管理和安全管理水平具有深远意义。水利部海河水利委员会漳河上游管理局结合目前水利安全生产监管现状,实施建立网格化管理,不断探索提升安全生产综合治理能力,形成全面覆盖、齐抓共管的安全生产监管工作局面。The implementation of grid management for safety production can be a key measure for water authorities to improve production supervision and increase efficiency by means of mode innovation.It has far-reaching significance to consolidate the foundation and enhance the management level and safety level of the project.With consideration of the current situation of safety production supervision,the Zhang River Upstream Authority of the Haihe River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources started to adopt grid management in order to improve comprehensive management capacity and form a framework for safety supervision with full coverage and joint management.
