摘 要:为了达到更好的交直流转换效果,针对整流输出准确度影响较大的三种元器件(运算放大器、电阻以及二极管),分别进行电路误差分析,将输出结果与理想状态下全波精密整流电路的输出进行比较,总结精密整流电路减小误差的方法,为全波整流电路设计中提高交直流转换准确度提供参考。经电路测试验证,对电压有效值(0.4~4) V,频率(1~50) kHz的正弦波进行高准确度交直流转换,在50kHz频率处最佳点转换误差小于0.001%、满量程十分之一点误差约为0.011%,该整流电路还具有稳定性高等特性。In order to achieve better effect of AC-DC conversion,the three electronic components( operational amplifier,resistance and diode) that have a greater impact on the accuracy of the rectifier output were taken the research object,and their impacts on the circuit error were analyzed respectively.The output result was compared with the output of full wave precision rectification circuit under ideal state,and the scheme of reducing error in the precision rectifier circuit was summarized,which provides a reference for improving the accuracy of AC-DC conversion in the design of full wave rectifier circuit.After circuit testing and verification,the circuit can perform high-accuracy AC-DC conversion for sine waves with an effective voltage value of( 0.4~4) V and a frequency of( 1~50) kHz.The conversion error at the optimum point at50kHz was less than 0.001%,the one-tenth full scale point error was about 0.011%.The rectifier circuit also had the advantages of high stability.
