略论图书馆治理与图书馆伦理间关系

摘　　要：“善治”是图书馆治理的终极目标,图书馆伦理为图书馆治理实现“善治”的目的提供不可替代的作用,图书馆治理的不断演化又持续影响着图书馆伦理的内容,图书馆治理和图书馆伦理之间存在不可分割的影响和联系。文章从图书馆治理和图书馆伦理的概念入手,通过对比分析二者的目标、主体等得出图书馆伦理在图书馆治理过程中有重要作用,二者相互影响,并仔细阐述了图书馆伦理在不同层次图书馆治理中的不同作用,以期达到推进图书馆伦理建设,促进图书馆治理的目的。“Good Governance”is the ultimate goal of library governance,whose uninterrupted evolution influences the content of library ethics.Meanwhile,library ethics provides an irreplaceable role for the achievement of good governance.In a word,there is indivisible influence and connection between library governance and library ethics.This paper starts with the concept of library governance and library ethics.Through the comparative analysis of their goals and subjects,it is concluded that library ethics plays an important role in the process of library governance.They influence each other.It also elaborates the role of library ethics in different levels of library governance.
