摘　　要：汉语培训是外籍人员使用公共图书馆服务的主要需求之一。本文采用问卷调查法收集资料,分析了广州市6所公共图书馆的多元文化服务基础以及外籍人员使用图书馆服务的需求特点,提出了外籍人员汉语培训服务模式应以培养交际能力为核心,以服务对象、服务方式、服务资源、服务人员为模式结构元素,通过以用户需求为服务导向、挖掘和整理特色资源、打造多元化培训平台和推行常态化培训服务等实践策略推动培训服务的有效开展。Chinese training is one of the main requirements for foreigners to use public library services.This paper uses questionnaire survey to collect data,and analyzes the characteristics of foreign readers’needs and the basis of regional public libraries’multicultural services,so as to propose the model of Chinese training service for foreigners should focus on the cultivation of communicative competence with four structural elements,which are service objects,service methods,service resources,and service personnel.It is proposed to promote the effective development of training services through practical strategies such as taking user needs as service guide,mining and sorting out characteristic resources,creating a diversified training platform,and implementing normalized training services.
