摘  要:针对凿井期间空压机存在工况复杂多变、经常需人工干预等问题,设计了一套凿井期间空压机站控制系统,采用PLC、变频器、工控机及压力传感器来搭建空压机调速控制硬件系统,将多个空压机集中控制;采用模糊控制算法,结合压力传感器参数,对空压机压力进行调节。现场应用验证了该系统的可行性。节能效果的定量评价结果表明,该系统节能优化效果显著。另外,还可以实现空压机站无人值守。In view of the complex and changeable working conditions of air compressors during sinking and the frequent need for manual intervention,a set of air compressor station control system during sinking was designed.PLC,frequency converter,industrial computer and pressure sensor were used to build the speed control hardware system of air compressors and centralized control of multiple air compressors.The fuzzy control algorithm combined with the pressure sensor parameters was used to adjust the pressure of air compressor.Field application verified the feasibility of the system.The result of quantitative evaluation of energy-saving effect showed that the energy-saving optimization effect of the system was remarkable.In addition,the air compressor station could also be unattended.
