摘 要:针对传统智能液压调比注浆泵控制器系统设计繁琐的问题,提出了基于两个液压缸组成的单套独立液压系统控制的双液注浆泵设计。采用占空比可变换的PWM信号来控制三位四通电磁换向阀的通断时间比例,进而控制进入液压缸中液压油的流速,实现对液压缸活塞往返速度的控制,液压缸活塞杆直接联动注浆泵活塞。因此,可以通过控制液压缸活塞杠位移,改变注浆泵活塞往返运动次数,完成注浆泵流量控制过程。与传统智能液压调比注浆泵控制器系统设计相比,基于两个液压缸组成的单套独立液压系统控制的双液注浆泵系统设计在同步注浆、注浆泵流量控制调节等方面具有突出的优势。Aiming at the complicated design of the controller system of the traditional intelligent hydraulic ratio control grouting pump,a two-fluid grouting pump design based on a single set of independent hydraulic system controlled by two hydraulic cylinders was proposed.The duty ratio can transform the PWM signal to control the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve onoff time ratio,and then control the flow rate of hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder to realize the speed control of hydraulic cylinder piston,the hydraulic cylinder piston rod linkage grouting pump piston directly.Therefore,the flow control process of the grouting pump can be completed by controlling the displacement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and changing the round-trip movement times of the piston of the grouting pump.Compared with the traditional intelligent hydraulic grouting pump controller system design,the design of the two-liquid grouting pump system based on a single set of independent hydraulic system composed of two hydraulic cylinders has outstanding advantages in synchronous grouting,grouting pump flow control regulation and other aspects.
