摘　　要：秦观《吕与叔挽章》是为北宋著名理学家、金石学家吕大临所作的挽词,根据蓝田吕氏家族墓园最新出土墓志,吕大临卒于元祐八年(1093)四月二十三日,故此诗的创作时间应在此日稍后。吕大临仕途蹭蹬,元祐二年才与秦观并为秘书省正字。吕大临虽为程颐门人,但并无门户之见。秦观在仕途上亦受到大临兄大防的关照。二人在秘阁期间相处融洽,谈论异闻趣事,亦有诗酒唱和。大临去世后,大防荐秦观为史院编修。从《吕与叔挽章》内容来看,秦观对大临的学术人品均相当了解,挽章表达了秦观对吕大临的敬仰、怀念和痛悼之情。Qin Guan’s Lyu Yushu elegy chapter is an elegy written for Lyu Dalin,a famous Neo Confucianism and epigraphist in the Northern Song Dynasty.According to the latest epitaph unearthed in the Lyu family cemetery in Lantian,Lyu Dalin died on April 23,the eighth year of Yuanyou(1093),so the creation time of this poem should be later.Lyu Dalin’s official career dawned,and became Zhengzi of the Secretary Province with Qin Guan in the second year of Yuanyou.Although Lyu Dalin is a disciple of Cheng Yi,he has no family opinion.Qin Guan was also taken care of by Da Lin and Da Fang in his official career.During their stay in he Secretary Province,they got along well,talked about anecdotes and interesting things,and sang poetry and wine.After Da Lin’s death,Da Fang recommended Qin Guan to edit for the Academy of history.From the content of Lyu Yushu elegy chapter,Qin Guan has a good understanding of Dalin’s academic character.Elegiac chapter expresses Qin Guan’s admiration,memory and mourning for Lyu Dalin.
