摘 要:探讨慕课在人体组织学授课中的应用效果。选取185名2019级临床医学生随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用慕课+腾讯课堂线上直播的授课方式;对照组采用腾讯课堂线上直播的授课方式。通过应用“问卷星”单元测试、闭卷考试和问卷调查来分析将慕课引入组织学授课的教学效果。研究组学生的单元测试和期末考试成绩均显著高于对照组。研究组问卷调查结果显示,学生普遍认为慕课对组织学学习效果的提升有帮助。优质慕课资源作为组织学授课的补充,其教学效果和能力培养优于传统授课模式,值得推广和应用。To explore the effectiveness of MOOC application in the Human Histology teaching.One hundred eighty-five medical students in Grade 2019 were randomly assigned to study group and control group.In the study group,the combination of asynchronized learning session with MOOC and synchronized online session with Tencent Classroom was adopted;while in the control group,synchronized online instructions on Tencent Classroom was adopted.Results of post-learning unit quiz via WJX,closed-book written final examination,and students’satisfaction survey regarding MOOC were collected to examine the learning outcomes for both approaches.The scores of unit quiz and final examination in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the results of the survey in the study group indicated that students generally perceived they could benefit from the combinatory teaching approach with MOOC in learning Human Histology.It is suggested that engaging high-quality MOOC resources as a supplement to current Histology teaching may exhibit better learning outcomes and improved competency training than that of traditional teaching model,which is worthy of wider application.
